News on Publication
2024-05-12 17:33 Aside from all that below--   Cafe Noir Poems (I) is launching on September 1st. I will be going to Montreal for that. More details closer to the time, but that's the day. I'm bringing a friend; it is his birthday.   I am working on getting another book, Vancover Observed Through a Glass Window, self-published. Before the end of the year, for sure, hopefully over the summer but I don't want to rush it. It has poetry in it, but it's nearly half prose. Call it a multi-genre mem...
Cafe Noir Poems! (January 13, 2024)
2024-01-14 09:38 Another nine hour shift today, so not terribly exciting. Except for one thing: I heard back from Cactus about Cafe Noir Poems (I) today—they want it! Otherwise, please note that the four entries below here are in the reverse order. Oops.   Update as of Dec 31: fixed it. The Montreal stuff is still out of order though, and I'll leave it like that until I'm done posting it all.
This will eventually be a writing blog
2023-12-10 13:10   This will eventually be a writing blog   But there's nothing here yet. I'm just setting up the template and, because I don't really know how to set up a website, I'm doing that slowly. I already accidentally deleted the thing once, and I don't want to do anything awful again.    This "scribbles" subpage (blog; the website builder app calls it a blog) will become the home of all my social media posts, the poems and the excerpts and the little diary entries and etc. I wa...
